How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum order value. For more information, visit our shipping policy.
How long will my order take?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and delivery takes a further 4–8 business days, so most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Orders placed before 6:00 PM Eastern Time begin processing the same business day.
What is your return policy?
You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Email us with your order number and we will send you return instructions and the return address. For more information, visit our refund policy.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return reaches us it is inspected within 7 business days and the refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 3–5 business days to appear on your statement. For more information, visit our refund policy.
